Job Responsibilities: Oversees the strategic engagement of Mississippi State Athletics letterwinners and serves as the department liaison to the M-Club. Responsible for the planning and execution of student-athlete experience initiatives, including a focus on career development. Supports Mississippi States' 13 Olympic sport programs through implementation of recruiting strategy and enhanced best practices.
