STARKVILLE – Mississippi State volleyball is set to host the Auburn Tigers in the regular-season finale on Friday, Nov. 26 inside the Newell-Grissom Building. First serve between the Bulldogs and Tigers is set for 4 p.m. on Friday.

Admission is free for all home volleyball matches with gates opening one hour prior to first serve. The match will be streamed on SEC Network+ (www.ESPN.com/watch and the ESPN app).

- The Dawgs enter the weekend having won 12 straight matches (all vs. SEC opponents) with six of those victories coming at home. MSU owns a 13-1 record at home and an unblemished 8-0 record at home in SEC matches. State was won 10 straight home matches entering Friday's regular-season finale versus Auburn. The 12 straight SEC wins is the longest streak in program history.
- With last week's sweep at Arkansas, MSU notched wins No. 23 and 24 on the season. The 24 wins by the Dawgs is a new school record for most single-season wins in program history. The previous record was 22 wins by the 1976 team.
- With a win over Auburn, Mississippi State has a chance to clinch a share of the SEC Championship. The Bulldogs would be crowned SEC Co-Champions with a win over Auburn and a Kentucky loss. No. 20 Florida plays two matches at No. 7 Kentucky this weekend.
- For the first time in school history, Mississippi State is ranked No. 24 in the latest AVCA Top 25 Coaches Poll entering this weekend's home finale versus Auburn. The Bulldogs come in at No. 22 in the latest RPI rankings.
- State has won the last two meetings over Auburn, while 13 of MSU's 24 wins in the series have come in Starkville. Overall, the Tigers lead the all-time series, 40-24. In 2019, the Bulldogs captured season sweep over Auburn, while MSU has won the last three meetings over the Tigers in games played in Starkville.
