2016 (SOPHOMORE)
Earned time in four games her sophomore season… Played a total of 33 minutes, with season-highs of 13 minutes coming against UT Martin and Southern Miss… Took one shot against UT Martin, while also earning her lone corner kick of the season against the Skyhawks.
2015 (FRESHMAN)
Played in 12 games for the Maroon and White, earning the starting role five times for the Bulldogs… Logged 334 minutes, with a season-high 58 coming against Murray State (Aug. 23)… Picked up her first-career assist against Murray State (Aug. 23) after a pass to Kiley Martens connected… Tallied three shots, while two were on target… Took 22 corner kicks for the Bulldogs… Was sidelined for the majority of the season with a back injury.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB/INTERNATIONAL
Spent four seasons in high school as a member of the Icelandic First League’s FH Club Team… Helped her side to two second place finishes in the U19 Icelandic League and one Icelandic U19 Championship… Recorded a second place finish in the Icelandic League Cup… Received the Icelandic League Player of the Year honor on one occasion.

Born Elva Bjork Astthorsdottir in Reykjavik, Iceland on July 23, 1995… The daughter of Astthor Hlödversson and Helga Gudmundsdottir… Has two siblings, Hilmar Astthorsson and Berglind Alda Astthorsdottir… Majoring in mathematics… Chose MSU because she wanted to fulfill her dream of playing soccer in the United States… Goals after college are to live in Italy while studying fashion design and to meet Luis Suarez… Practiced ballet for nine years growing up in Iceland…Favorite teammate is the referee.
