- Defeated Alcorn State's Nikita Kostikov in straight sets for his first career collegiate win
- After competing in five total matches, was sidelined for the rest of the season due to a shoulder injury

- Attended Calandlyceum (Amsterdam) prior to coming to Mississippi State University
- Was top 100 in the men's rankings in the Netherlands
