PREVIEW: Women’s Basketball Continues Busy Week With Trip To Kentucky Tuesday

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State will begin the second leg of its four games in one-week stretch on Tuesday when the Bulldogs travel to Lexington, Ky., to take on the Kentucky Wildcats. The contest is scheduled for a 5 p.m. CT tip-off on SEC Network+.

• Mississippi State trails in the all-time series 29-22, including a 13-9 mark when the game is played at Kentucky.
• Kentucky won the last meeting 92-86 in overtime on Jan. 3, 2021, in Starkville.
• This game has been rescheduled twice due to Covid-19. The two programs were initially set to meet on Jan. 3 before the rescheduled game for Jan. 13 was also postponed.

• Kentucky enters the contest with a 3-8 record in the SEC and is coming off a 67-63 road win at Alabama.
