STARKVILLE -After a month on the road, Mississippi State (4-11, 0-2 SEC) welcomes Auburn (7-5, 0-2 SEC) for its first SEC matchup at The Griss.
The match will air on ESPNU at 6 p.m., with Melissa Lee on play-by-play, and Missy Whittemore as the analyst. Fans can also access the match via the WatchESPN app.
"It is so exciting to come home after being gone for so long," head coach Julie Darty said. "When we take the court on Wednesday, it will be exactly one month since we have played in StarkVegas. The team is definitely fired up about being at home. We are pretty focused and dialed in on the things we need to continue to work on and improve upon, but across the board there is growth. We are moving in the right direction, and if we continue to focus on our side of the net and just doing the little things right, then eventually we will have an outcome that we can be proud of. We have two days to get comfortable on our home court, and we are certainly taking advantage of it today and tomorrow. I am excited to get back in Newell-Grissom and get to work. We can't wait to welcome Auburn to StarkVegas on Hump Day!"
The Bulldogs face Auburn for the 61st time. At The Griss, Auburn leads 15-12.
