Rain Cancels No. 30 Bulldogs? Blue Gray Match With No. 35 Auburn

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Due to inclement weather in the Montgomery area, the consolation final of the 2015 Blue Gray National Tennis Classic between No. 30 Mississippi State and No. 35 Auburn has been cancelled.
The Bulldogs and Tigers were slated to play at 3 p.m. CT, but rain in the area forced the match's cancellation. The men's and women's championship matches of the Blue Gray were moved to Auburn's Yarbrough Tennis Center.
State will return to the court next weekend for the beginning of SEC play. MSU will travel to Tuscaloosa to face the No. 49 Alabama Crimson Tide on Friday, Feb. 27. The Bulldogs defeated UA 4-3 on Saturday in the first round of consolation at the Blue Gray. MSU and Alabama are slated for a 5 p.m., first serve at The University of Alabama Tennis Stadium.
