The Richmond, Virginia native began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Monmouth in 2023, working with the Hawks’ hitters and catchers. Monmouth collected 114 extra-base hits and stole 54 bases during his lone season while his catchers threw out 51 base runners, an 82-percent increase from the year prior.
Reifsnider also logged 99 career games playing at James Madison where hit .290 with 15 doubles, one triple, 16 home runs and 56 RBIs. He was tabbed first team All-CAA as a utility player during his senior campaign in 2022 after serving as an outfielder, catcher and designated hitter.
