Played 429 sets during her time at Brandon High School, including five as an eighth grader, under head coach Kesla Walker…Collected 2,057 digs during her time at BHS, which is a school record…Posted a program record of 45 digs against Madison Central…Collected 6.3 and 6.4 digs per set her senior and junior seasons, respectively…Served at a 96.8 percent clip, collecting 176 aces…Help lead Brandon to three MHSAA State championships, one at the 7A level (2023) and two in 6A (2022, 2021)…Was named the 2024 MHSAA 7A All-Region MVP…Brandon was named the Region 3 Champions in all five of Power’s seasons…Has garnered national attention, including being named an AVCA All-American Honorable Mention in 2024 and to the AVCA Best & Brightest in 2021, ’22 and ’23…Played Club Volleyball at Infinity Volleyball Academy.

Born Avery Parks Power on March 8, 2007 in Brandon, Mississippi…Daughter of Jeana and Mark Power Jr…Has one brother, Tripp…Her father, Mark, was a member of the baseball team and three-time letterwinner from 1995-97…Her mother, Jeana, was a member of the cheer squad at Mississippi State…Her uncle, Logan, played baseball at the University of Mississippi, where he collected the most RBIs in program history with 183.
