2009 SEASON HIGHLIGHTS
- Earned SEC Academic Honor Roll honors in her first season with the Bulldogs.
- Played in 34 games, drawing 13 starts. Began nine games at shortstop and two each at third base and in right field.
- Hit at a .200 clip this season with four RBI and 16 runs scored.
- Successful on all four of her stolen-base attempts.
- Collected a .906 fielding percentage, registering 12 putouts and 17 assists while committing three errors.
- Went 1-for-2 with two RBI and two runs scored in a win over Iona at the Bulldog Round-Robin.
- Posted a season-high two hits with a pair of runs scored in a win over Mount St. Mary's at the Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- Collected a hit, drove in a run and scored another as Mississippi State clinched a series sweep of Ole Miss.
VILLANOVA HIGHLIGHTS (2008)
- Earned Big East Academic All-Star status following her lone season playing for Maria DiBernardi at Villanova.
- Played in 43 of the team's 51 games, drawing 41 starts.
- Compiled a .954 fielding percentage, committing five errors while notching a team-high 66 assists.
- Hit .204 (23-for-113) with three doubles, two home runs, nine RBI and 10 runs scored.
- Tied for the third-most stolen bases on the team with six in seven attempts.
- Went 1-for-2 with an RBI against USA Softball Player of the Year Angela Tincher of Virginia Tech.
- Put together a season-best 3-for-3 plate performance and drove in a run in the Wildcats' 8-0 win over Florida A&M in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
- Hit a solo home run, the first of her career, to help VU to a 6-4 win over Towson.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB HIGHLIGHTS
- Prepped for four seasons under Dean Ferington at Westfield High School in Chantilly, Va.
- Two-time Concord district first team pitcher and two-time all-district and all-region award winner.
- Named all-Metropolitan first team by the Washington Post a pair of times.
- Tabbed team Most Valuable Player as a senior after hitting .490 with three home runs, 21 RBI and 25 runs scored.
- Named WHS Offensive MVP as a junior after a .397 campaign in which she garnered all-Met, all-district and all-region honors after leading Westfield to the Concord district title.
- Batted at a .490 clip in earning MVP and all-district utility her sophomore year.
- Named all-Concord district and MVP her freshman campaign, putting up a .500 average.
- Also lettered four years in field hockey, helping her squad to the 2006 district championship.
- Won the scholar-athlete award in 2006 and 2007.
- Played club softball for Tommy Orndorff's Virginia Shamrocks, one of the top travel teams in the nation.
- Helped lead the Shamrocks to fifth-place finishes at the 2006, 2007 and 2008 ASA Gold National Championship.
