Erinn Stenman-Fahey was named as an assistant coach for cross country and track at Mississippi State in the summer of 2022.

In her second season on staff, Stenman-Fahey assisted in coaching the cross country team to the highest finish at the NCAA South Region Championship in recent history. The team finished 13^th and each performer achieved a personal best in the 6k. During the season, there were seven new entries to the cross-country record books, highlighted by Ramat Jimoh holding the No. 2 time in the 6k.

In the 2024 outdoor season, she helped coach Hunter Anderson and Hayley Ogle to their first SEC final, both in the 1500m. Mallory Streetman also qualified for the 800m final, the first in her career. Anderson and Ogle both set personal bests in the event, with the latter finishing ninth. Streetman set a personal best in the final race, finishing ninth. Ogle and Streetman secured spots in the NCAA East First round for the first time in their careers.

In her first season on staff, Stenman-Fahey assisted in coaching Zoe Brito to a fourth-place finish at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 800m. Her performance at this meet booked her first ticket to the NCAA East First round championship in the 800m.

Stenman-Fahey spent the year prior at Villanova where she worked alongside 2x National Coach of the Year, Gina Procaccio. There, she assisted with the women’s distance athletes. During her time at Villanova, the women’s cross country team qualified for the NCAA Championships, finishing 27^th overall. Villanova runner McKenna Keegan qualified individually in the 800 at both the indoor and outdoor NCAA Championships, finishing 3^rd and 2^nd respectively at each meeting. In addition, Stenman-Fahey assisted with operations for both programs.

Before that, she was a volunteer coach at Temple from January 2020 to May 2021. Stenman-Fahey primarily worked with middle-distance and distance athletes in the areas of practice coordination and on-campus recruiting.

Stenman-Fahey graduated from Iowa State in May 2019, where she competed in cross country and track, specializing in the middle distances. During her time at Iowa State, she was an 11-time All-Big 12 performer and four-time NCAA West Regional Qualifier in the 800m. In her final outdoor season, Stenman-Fahey qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 800m, earning second-team All-American honors.

Stenman-Fahey also has international racing experience, having represented her native country team, Canada, on three separate occasions. She most recently earned a bronze medal at the 2019 NACAC u23 Championships in the 800m. Additionally, Stenman-Fahey competed at the 2014 World Junior Championships, finishing 16th. She also competed at the 2015 Panam Junior Championships, where she finished fourth in the 800 and third in the 4x400.

Stenman-Fahey is originally from Ottawa, Canada, and has a master's in sport business from Temple.
