2022 Outdoor Season

Won the 1500m at the LSU Battle on the Bayou to earn a new personal best time of 3:46.82 (4/2)... Placed fourth in the 800m at the UF Tom Jones Memorial to earn a new personal best time of 1:46.51 (4/15-16) ... Ran a leg in the 4x400m crew that won the event during the Maroon and White Invitational (4/30) with a time of 3:08.09... became the first MSU runner in six years to win the 800m at SEC Outdoor Championships (5/14). His 1:45.89 run became both a new personal best for the Bulldog, as well as a new facility record for the Ole Miss Track and Field Complex ... Earned first team All-SEC honors for his individual conference title ... Ran the second-fastest 800m time, 1:47.83, at the NCAA East Preliminaries (5/27) to clench his spot at the Outdoor National Championships ... Ran the fastest overall time of the 800m semifinals, spanning across three heats, at the National Championships (6/8) ... Finished as the 800m national runner-up (June 10) to claim first team All-American status ... His historic, national performance that clocked 1:45.02 not only became a new personal best for the Bulldog, but also aided him in breaking a 45-year-old Jamaican national 800m record that had stood untouched since May 1977.

2021 Outdoor Season

Competed in the 800m, updating his personal-best to 1:50.89 and coming in third at the War Eagle Invite (4/17) ... Ran in the 800m invite, finishing in eighth with a new PR, as well as ran a leg of the winning 4x800m relay at the Maroon & White Invite (5/1) ... Competed at the SEC Championships, finishing in sixth of the 800m prelims with a personal-best 1:49.30 qualifying mark, and finishing seventh overall in the final at 1:49.39 (5/15) ... At the NCAA East Prelims, had a 16th place finish in round one of the 800m to qualify for the quarterfinals where he finished 15th (5/28).

2021 Indoor Season

Finished his first meet as a Bulldog in first place in the mile at the Commodore Indoor, recording a new personal best (1/16) ... Ran in the 800m at the Razorback Invitational, finishing in eighth with a new personal best (1/30) ... Finished with a personal best of 1:50.55 in the 800m at the Music City Challenge, finishing eighth overall (2/13) ... Renewed his personal-best in the semifinals of the 800m at the SEC Championships, finishing in third with a time of 1:49.88; came in eighth place in the finals (2/26-27) ... Also ran a leg of the No. 5 all-time DMR at State at the SEC Championships (2/25).

2020 Indoor Season (at Essex CC)

Finished in first place at teh Towson Tiger Invitational in the 400m with a PR of 49.59, while also being first as part as the 4x400m relay ... His personal-best in the 800m came at the Villanova Invitational where he finished fourth at 1:52.83 ... Had a first-place 800m finish at the Monmouth University Winter Collegiate Invitational, finishing in 1:53.30 ... Also earned first place with his 4x400m squad at that race ... Was a part of the first-place 4x400m team at the Princeton Indoor Invitational ... Finished as the runner-up in the 800m at the NJCAA Indoor Championships, crossing the line in 1:53.06.

2019 Outdoor Season (at Essex CC)

Had three second-place finishes in the 400m and 800m for the season ... Finished in first place in both the 800m and the 1500m at the Peacocks and Brick City Classic ... Ran at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships.
